Once this happens, you get reduced water into the cup and then it becomes useless and needs replacing. I call the main number and they tell you how to clean the clog with a paper clip, but the problem quickly returns unfortunately. I like being able to make a single cup, so I keep buying replacements, but it is a very expensive machine to have to replace every year. Also the k cups are expensive. I wished I never bought the thing because I do like being able to brew a cup in a minute while walking out the door to work but the cost of all the broken machines is killing my pocket book.

If you use the filter, to use your coffee, I use just as much grounds as I do for a full pot. So I use the thing for special coffee when I only want one cup.

This one continues to overflow and then get grounds in the coffee. We have tried the FAQs and it continues to have a problem. I see these everywhere so maybe it's just this one machine. I will review the new one after we have had time to use it.
