Milk frother requires whole milk as oppose to 2% or low fat milk. Makes good latte.

One of my favorite things about this is I can use the steamer to rehear my coffee when it gets cold.

Does a great job. Well pleased produces hot coffee tasty lattes easy to use and clean.

I’ve contemplated buying this item several times from other stores. Patience is key! I waited and snagged this for Black Friday and no other retailer could beat Best Buy’s price !! I love my coffee machine. Makes both iced and hot lattes !! Amazing!

I have a Starbucks Verismo and it makes great coffee but it is difficult to get the pods. Wanted to be able to just buy pods at the grocery store so I tried the Keurig again. Bought several brands and while they are OK, they are not as good as the Starbucks Verismo. The machine works OK, but the frother stopped working after 3 days.

This is easy to use and allows you to up the at home coffee game with the frothier. Quality wise, you don’t need a big chain coffee fix anymore with this. Glad we got it, paid fir itself in no time by saving us on trips to...you know where.

Great product. I love the “slow” be option for a better stronger brew. I will eventually buy a new one since my old one broke after 2 years. The brewer wouldn’t take in water anymore. It’s also a simpler option for heating up the milk.

I own one, i purchased this as a housewarming gift, they loved it.

The product is great, makes good coffee, and the frother is a great touch to the lattes. However, the reason for giving 3-stars is that the frother stopped working after some time and unfortunately I went past the warranty, so I'm stuck with just a coffee maker.

Easy to make single cups of coffee and cappacino. The frother does a good job for both hot and cold drinks.

Its a better cup of coffee then my first Keurig. I haven’t made a latte yet.

I have the regular keurig coffee maker. It has a timer and is pretty fast brewing coffee. I like it because of it's speed and the ability to set the Keurig to automatically turn on and off so it's ready to brew on weekdays for work I thought I would enjoy being able to make espresso and cappucino with this Keurig - K-Cafe Single Serve K-Cup Coffee Maker - Dark Charcoal. It was packed well. I unpacked it and set it up per the directions in the box. It took a very long time to heat up the water, and once it started brewing that also took a very long time. Therre is no timer on here to set it up to turn on and off at certain times. The only nice part was the milk frother. I need a machine that is fast and has a timer, so for me it is useless. If you have time to sit and wait for your coffee perhaps you will like this machine. I ended up returning it, a day after I purchased it.

We had the original Keurig coffee pot for years. Actually we had two before this one. I think we wore our first black one out. Then we purchased a silver one but wanted the Cappuccino option. We were so excited when this one came available at our Best Buy. It’s great!

I’ve had many Keurigs before and I have to say none of those could compare to the quality of this one. It’s fast and reliable, plus the design is great! My sister has started making iced coffee because of this and I haven’t been to Starbucks since.

Awesome for lattes but the cup broke it a week. I wish it was more sturdy.
