    Works OK. Not sure about the times it dribbles water while heating up from the auto off cycle. It doesn't happen all the time, and fortunately I have had a cup under it when it has.

    So far our small office likes the upgrade on the Keurig but I just hope it lasts longer than the last one we purchased a year ago. We love the concept but after about a year they tend to fail, not sure if the needle gives out or what but the water builds up in coffee chamber, not emptying into cup and when you open the chamber coffee explodes all over counter. We clean the chamber and use the needle cleaner but still happens after about a year.

    I am upgrading my Keurig. I had the original and loved it. it still works, but I wanted the foamier cup of coffee.
