I have had multiple Keurigs, a Nespresso and two Starbucks machines in the last few years and each has had issues that have kept them from being the all purpose machine I wanted so I have continued to have two large machines on my already crowded counters. While this Keurig has finally helped me free up space, I’m a bit irritated with its inability to brew three shots of pretend espresso without shutting off in between. Not sure if the machine is bad yet but it is frustrating. For expresso taste, the Starbucks machine is much better but their milk frother is crappy while this one is the best I have used. Not bad for a good ‘all around’ machine but still not as good as it should be.

Great device for price. Does exactly as marketed. The device itself does feel a little cheaply made so I am careful with the parts. But yummy lates have been made so far with this device

This is a great upgrade from my other Keurig brewer due to the ability to make hot and cold cappuccino/lattes with the milk frothier. It also allows you to select all the options to make your drink without having to wait for the machine to heat up. Get it at half-price during a deal! The only con is the small water container - but this one might not have the algae problem like my previous machine.

This is my ,3rd Keurig coffee maker. The previous two just made coffee. I have been wanting a coffee maker that also made specialty coffee drinks. Since I have been so happy with my Keurigs, I decided to give this one a try. I am very pleased with the quality of the drinks and how easy it is to use. My only complaint is regarding the lack of pod choices. The machine itself is great.

Easy to set up and use, worth the price, i love my coffe.

I was looking for a replace for my keurig and since I trusted the brand I was kind of skeptical about this one in particular cause I didn’t know how good could be a cappuccino or a latte, I asked to someone and he told me it was ok, he didn’t sound convincing but my gut said do it! And I don’t regret it , it works great and I enjoy every day coffee and sometimes cappuccino and lattes! My wife loves it!

This is the best Kuerig coffee maker we have owned. Bought this during a recent Deal of the Day promotion. Our old Kuerig was big and took up a lot of countertop space. We've tried the smaller single serve machine but that didn't cut it either. This machine takes up less space. The milk frother and ability to make lattes and cappuccino is excellent. They taste great!

I've had nearly EVERY coffee maker on the market - Keurig has a winner with this one. I love the ease of use of making specialty drinks with this machine. Take note - it isn't instant hot, like the Cuisinart systems (you wait about 60 seconds for the water to heat) and the tank is relatively small (60 oz) Other than that the multiple cup sizes is a huge winner and making homemade lattes and cappuccino is really cool.

I absolutely love this machine! I got it for the cappuccino frothing capability and am beyond impressed with this! So far, I’ve frothed 2% milk, oat milk, and soy milk and they all turned out amazing. The one milk that didn’t froth well was coconut eggnog. The coffee maker itself is taller than my own Keurig so I don’t have to constantly take the drip tray out.

This machine is incredible! I love how it is simple to use, and makes great coffees and lattes.

This is my first time owning any coffee machine as I have not been a coffee drinker but have been recently going to go get lattes quite a bit. So I figured to save money Ill get this and also have now become a coffee drinker, more than just a few times here and there over the yrs. Great Purchase!!! Lattes and coffee are great. I also added the reusable filter.

Excellent machine for the money! Overall it does a great job. Milk frothing could be more robust, but any system that includes an automated feature is bound to be a bit buggy. But this makes a good cup of coffee no doubt. The absolute best experience would be to have your own milk froth in the system aside from the unit included for that really awesome cappuccino froth.

This Keurig is a huge upgrade from our previous one. Our older Keurig was about 10 years old, and was starting to give problems. Not only did I get this for a great price, but it makes excellent coffee! You can make really good looking and tasty hot chocolates, lattes, cappuccinos, and more! I'm excited to try out some new recipes with my new Keurig coffee maker.
