My brother bought it as well and he tried it, he said the only difference from a regular Keurig is that it makes a stronger cup of coffee, as we both have a regular Keurig we both returned it and decided to invest in more expensive espresso machine.

Inoperable just over a month after purchase

The frother still works but if you put a K-cup in it sounds like it's heating up then the whole thing shuts off. Tried several different things to troubleshoot but nothing has fixed it. Will have to contact warranty services since we're just barely past the return eligibility date. So frustrating!
