Easy to use! This will help us save a lot of money on coffee, lattes, etc. Love that it can make cold or hot foam. The water reservoir holds more water than other Keurigs we've had and it is a much less bulky footprint for our counter.

We really like how easy it is to use with the K cups, and keeping it clean is no problem. It makes coffee quickly and the dark charcoal goes well with most decors. Looks classy! We use it at the office and it's a crowd pleaser (they bring their own coffee though- that gets too expensive!)

I can't express how I LOVE this machine. I've made so many Latte's. The machine is extremely user friendly and it just works. It's quite and the beeping when done brewing or frothing isn't long and drawn out, just a few short beeps. The machine is also fast at brewing the shot and frothing the milk. I use 2% milk... I love the measuring lines for frothing cappuccino and lattes. Just a well done product. Drinks are hot, but not too hot. Just make sure you get the best buy warranty. At $189 I'd hate to have to come out of pocket to replace this thing. The only thing I want to spend extra money on is future K cups with this machine.

This is the best coffee maker we have ever used. Want an espresso, latte or cappuccino? No problem, it does those and they are easy. Want a good cup of coffee? Does this too. Want an iced coffee beverage with cold foam? Check! If you like coffee, and you like variety, you can't do better than this machine!

I got this machine because a love lates and cappuccino. Even when I run out of K-cups coffee, I make coffee on my French press and use my Keurig to frost the milk. Very easy to use, it heats up quickly and its not noisy like the first generation one.

I've owned quite a few K-cup machines and this one is one of the better ones. The frother is useful for making drinks for those that add dairy to their coffee. It has a shut-off timer but not a timer to wake it up in the morning which I would prefer. It looks like it might be significantly larger than a regular model due to the frother but it is surprisingly compact. And the strong button is helpful as sometimes k-cups can be a bit watery.

We have used a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker for many years but decided on this new machine as it has so much more to offer. The latte's are a delight and the coffee brewing has a new STRONG button (my favorite). The design is simple yet very functional. We definitely like this new machine.

Great product For a few years I’ve used a Keurig machine just for my coffee. But now with this new special edition I can use the milk frother and It’s fun to make my own blends. Save money making my own then spending $6 or more at drive in places.

I can't say enough about this coffee maker. So easy to use and many ways of making coffee. The Cappuccino is my favorite one. My family loves it. Definitely get the attachment to make your own coffee. Well worth it for those that like their own brand instead of the pods.

I really love my K-Cafe machine. A fresh batch of coffee or a K-Cup of a Latte /cappuccino is the best way to start my mornings off. Plus, the investment was well worth it at the sale price that Best Buy was offering during it’s Deal of the Day promotion!

This thing is a perfect buy for the coffee connoisseur. I purchased this on sale and it's been a very great addition and replacement of my single cup machine. Now I don't have to spend so much money on those Starbuck lattes.

We have one of the older basic machines and you can tell the difference in quality. It’s very easy to use and the frother works great. Makes it taste like it came from a coffee house. It’s also very quiet and fast to heat up and dispense coffee. I love mine!!!

This is the best purchase I have made in a while. Love, love love this coffee maker. Perfect frothing awesomeness!!!! The ability to make espresso, cappuccino, cold brew and so much more saves a bunch of cash! Good bye Starbucks!!! YAY!!!!

I am amazed how good the coffee tastes with the cappuccino and latte function. Best home coffee I have ever had. Very quick and easy to make. Would recommend highly.

Coffee tasted really good and i cant wait to look up some recipes so i can use my frother. It also looks really good and doesnt take up much counter space.

Love this coffee maker. It is easy to use, makes great coffee and will make a variety of drinks. Can't get much better than that. I like is so much I have two of them (one in each home).

and upgraded my coffee. I use this in tandem with a Nespresso Vertuo machine, whose separate milk frother alone costs the same as this Keurig. Buy this unit only if you can take advantage of the frother. The frother pleasantly simple to clean. The unit warms up the milk and uses a magnetic disk shaped whisk that is extremely easy to clean.

We live this product so much. We use it everyday and the coffee depth maker gives you another level experience with the coffee. Best Buy had the best price from all other places I was looking to buy it.

this is the best coffee machine I had so far. so easy to use and to clean. the latte or cappuccino features makes coffee shops shy out. the regular coffee is perfect here. highly recommended we are continuously brewing all kids of drinks.
