I've had this product for a couple of days today and I just love it. Hands down a great purchase. I had an espresso machine and Cuisinart K-cup Brewer for years and this product now has given me back counter space by combining the two. Cleanup is also simple and fast. For the Capp and Latte shot function I highly recommend the use of the espresso roast k-cups for the best flavor. For regular coffee, I enjoy milk with my coffee, being able to heat the milk prior to adding it to the coffee definitely is better. I highly recommend this product, it's perfect for coffee lover's!

My old Keurig was not operating properly so researched and bought this unit. It is quite a bit more complicated than my original simple Keurig. However, it is easy to operate. I have made coffee, lattes and cappuccinos on it. Easy. The milk heater and frother works fine.I would purchase again.

Now with this K-Cafe machine we can make great latte and capuchino drinks without great effort, no need extended barista knowledge, muy family is happy.
