I've purchased this product twice and both times, the frother went out on me. The first time it went out after about 4 months. I thought I got a dud, so I bought another one and this time I purchased the total tech protection. Well it went out again after about a year. I don't know how long these should last but I don't use it everyday, so I would hope a little longer than they did. I only use it on the weekends since I drink coffee at work. Right now we're just using the regular k-cup part of it but I bought it specifically for the froth in my lattes.

We like this machine, especially when using the milk frothing attachment. I like to add a little sugar then pour it over my hot coffee or capuchino.

This makes me so happy every morning when I can brew my latte at home. So easy to use, easy to clean & makes delicious lattes.

I love that this thing can make lattes and cappucinos! It is very easy to use! I also love that you have an option to do a cold or warm frothe.

I have been using this for about a week now and absolutely love everything about it. Wanted to buy a coffee machine for a long time now and was on the fence between the Nespresso and Keurig machines. Both this because of a recommendation from a friend and more importantly because it was on sale during Black Friday. The water tank can easily hold enough water for 6-7 servings. Coffee is ready in under a minute and the best part is the milk frother. Now I can make cappuccinos every day!!

I personally really like the design of this particular Keurig. It has more options for size and strength of coffee drinks than my previous coffee maker. My wife really likes the ability to heat and froth milk as well. I would have given it five stars, but about six months after I purchased the device, the father stopped working, apparently because a little bit of liquid got down into the mechanism underneath and damaged the switch that detects the presence of the container. As a result, I’m having to replace this. Hoping this isn’t a recurring problem, I decided to go ahead and buy another one of these same machines. Fingers crossed.

This has definitely been one of the great value buys I have made. I was a little hesitant at first due to the price and was actually intending to buy something with a steamer but the way this works I felt was a lot easier than having to steam the milk. It’s frothed every type of milk I have used so far (almond, regular, low fat, heavy cream, etc). It’s a great way to also cut back on sugar (keto diet) since there’s a lot of sugar free options out there that you just can’t get at Starbucks.

This has been the perfect addition to the kitchen. I have tried 3 different coffee makers over the past few years and this is the first that I have liked. Perfect size for under the cabinets in the kitchen and I especially like the larger water tank compared to previous ones. Was not sure at first about using a keurig style coffee maker, but it has actually improved the experience and is saving money. I especially like that I don't have to microwave coffee anymore.

I've had this about a month and am really impressed do far. The coffee is great. I'm normally a black coffee drinker but have enjoyed an occasional latte or cappuccino now with this machine. I have used the frother for all kinds of non-dairy milks; almond, coconut, and oat milk. It works well with all. But it seems to work better (create more foam) with fresher milk. I have also used this machine for the frother only to make green tea lattes and golden milk. It is so convenient to have warm milk in under 3 minutes!!

I purchased this for my husband for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. The milk frother works amazing and is super easy to clean.
