I have had multiple Keurigs, a Nespresso and two Starbucks machines in the last few years and each has had issues that have kept them from being the all purpose machine I wanted so I have continued to have two large machines on my already crowded counters. While this Keurig has finally helped me free up space, I’m a bit irritated with its inability to brew three shots of pretend espresso without shutting off in between. Not sure if the machine is bad yet but it is frustrating. For expresso taste, the Starbucks machine is much better but their milk frother is crappy while this one is the best I have used. Not bad for a good ‘all around’ machine but still not as good as it should be.

This Keurig is a huge upgrade from our previous one. Our older Keurig was about 10 years old, and was starting to give problems. Not only did I get this for a great price, but it makes excellent coffee! You can make really good looking and tasty hot chocolates, lattes, cappuccinos, and more! I'm excited to try out some new recipes with my new Keurig coffee maker.

This is my first time owning any coffee machine as I have not been a coffee drinker but have been recently going to go get lattes quite a bit. So I figured to save money Ill get this and also have now become a coffee drinker, more than just a few times here and there over the yrs. Great Purchase!!! Lattes and coffee are great. I also added the reusable filter.

Excellent machine for the money! Overall it does a great job. Milk frothing could be more robust, but any system that includes an automated feature is bound to be a bit buggy. But this makes a good cup of coffee no doubt. The absolute best experience would be to have your own milk froth in the system aside from the unit included for that really awesome cappuccino froth.

Due to the simplicity and low cost of this machine I didn’t expect the quality and consistency that I am getting from it. It makes very good cappuccino and latte drinks without needing to know anything more than how to press a couple buttons and how to pour a little milk into the frothing cup. My only complaint is that the fill line on the frothing cup is a little hard to see.

I've had nearly EVERY coffee maker on the market - Keurig has a winner with this one. I love the ease of use of making specialty drinks with this machine. Take note - it isn't instant hot, like the Cuisinart systems (you wait about 60 seconds for the water to heat) and the tank is relatively small (60 oz) Other than that the multiple cup sizes is a huge winner and making homemade lattes and cappuccino is really cool.

We both like coffee. She likes making the latte foam and cappuccino. Got this one for the family. It works just fine and fast. But it spills coffee everywhere.

This machine makes my old keurig look ancient. They have updated many features that used to be tedious. I can now select my beverage and size and the pot will heat up and give me my cup of coffee without the need for me to wait for the machine to say it’s ready. The frother makes a great beverage better. Also any kcup can be made into an espresso shot.

I have been using a Keurig coffee machine for the past 15 years and to date this is their best unit. I love the fact that we can make regular coffee in the morning and then it makes a fantastic cappuccino in the afternoon. You won't be disappointed if you buy this unit. Since I purchased my unit back in January I have bought two more for gifts and this one was a gift.

I had been looking at this Keurig for quite some time and finally purchased it. I had some trepidation about it because of reviews that were left about the frother, but haven't had the issues that others have reported. I love that I can choose the serving size, that I can make a shot, and the cappuccino and latte options. I use low fat milk in the frother, and it works really well. Very happy.

Fabulous single serve coffee maker that makes regular coffee, cappuccinos, espressos, and lattes. I love how easy this machine makes Starbucks-level creations. Wish the cap to the water reservoir just flipped open rather than came off completely, but that’s my only minor criticism. This Keurig is worth the cost. Even better when you can find it on sale!

Really like this coffee machine. To be honest I can’t tell the difference between the cappuccino and late, teste exactly the same, wish the late/cappuccino was hotter, but is okay. The milk frosted is great, you can use separated for your coffee, I like to use for my kids fancy hot chocolate. Overall great quality!
