My parents LOVE IT!!! I'm more of a traditional espresso and espresso drink maker but this is pretty amazing for beginners or people who aren't purists... The quality can he better than any coffee shop with the right ingredients.

This was my Christmas present to myself, replacing an older model. Regular coffee (4 sizes) plus latte and cappuccinos. A frothing attachment is excellent, easy to clean and maintain. Can use K cups and ground coffee (the latter needs a special attachment). I love it

Easy frothing and making of coffee and espresso shots. Hot and fast, large enough water container to hold many cups of coffee before refilling. Makes tasty coffee and the milk gets hot and frothy fast - can use almond milk too! I love this item and it works great!

I love my fancy coffee maker. Easy use and easy to clean. I must admit, I love HOT burning coffee and the water/latte option does not make it as hot as I would like it to be (I have to say that about all coffee makers, not only this one though). I like using this Keurig for my cold coffees! It gives my cold beverages a good amount of froth and taste. Delish!

I love this machine. I can make my own lattes now. And to be honest, they are just as good if not better than the ones I was spending over $5/cup for. Highly recommended.

I love this product; the fact that you have options of either making a regular cup of coffee or having an expresso or an latte. Price was $40 lower then any of their competitors!!! Definitely recommend this product!!

This coffee maker exceeds our expectations. We previously had a Keurig coffee maker and it lasted many years. We are very happy with this new one. However, the new one does require more button pushes to make a cup of coffee.

This is amazing! Makes wonderful froth and an easy cup of strong coffee for a latte or cappuccino. Even makes cold foam which is awesome and lessens how many times we would need to go to Starbucks. For sure this is a money saver!

I replaced another Keurig with this one as a Mother’s Day gift for my wife and she and I really like it so far. We made our first latte using Green Mountain Coffee Expresso K-Pods and it tasted great. We now have choices as to what kind of coffee to make.

I’ve always wanted to upgrade to this machine but didn’t want to cough up the dough to do so but my old Kerrigan machine died after 7 years of brewing. After finding on sale, I figured why not indulge by treating myself to a new fancy coffee/latte/cappuccino maker... I’m glad I did because I love this thing! I can now get Starbucks quality drinks in the comfort of my kitchen 24/7/365. They’ve incorporated nice upgrades over the years and have removed the need to have replacement filters which is a cost saver. You want be disappointed with this machine I promise you. This thing is great. My wife was super happy with it. She now makes us both iced coffee and we are not wasting by making a whole pot that we will only drink half.

This coffee machine is going to save me loads of money! I’m a big fan of Americanos with steamed breve....use to order two everyday at the local coffee shop..Not anymore! This machine makes them better!

Love it it work for everyone!!! Easy to work. We make hot water for tea just your use a favorite thermal cup to keep the water nice and hot while. We love all the different coffee blends that we have been able to try out

Frother works great. Just fill with milk and press button. I was skeptical of the Expresso K-cups but once I found a Expresso version, they work well with the Latte and one shot buttons. A plus is that you can make Expresso and froth the milk at the same time. It makes normal coffee as well as any other Keurig. I'd give it a 5 star except it doesn't have an automatic turn on/off option so it's on in the morning.

I’ve tried so many coffee machines with steamer wands. What a disaster. I could never get it right. With a choice of buttons I can choose either steamed milk for a latte or frothed milk for a cappuccino. The machine does all the work. Love it.

Must be about the fifth Keurig that I've purchased (they don't last forever and I worry about lifetime of this with more moving parts). I like the Milk Frother which is something else to play with - works surprising well.
