    very bad purchase and i wish i could return it. I won't even be giving it away to a charity it is so bad. - Takes forever to make a cup - default settings burn the coffee - 1 out of 10 keurig cups aren't accepted.

    This Keurig K Smart lost all power after a month of owning it. I returned it to Best Buy and exchanged it for a basic, no frills K-Cup Keurig. Don’t waste your time!!!

    Broke after 2 months. Bought this as a Christmas gift for the love of my life and it failed me. She is now comparing my love for her to this piece of junk.

    The thing to make the foam it broke down after 2 months, this is the second time that happens, the first one broke down, after just 2 days of me buying it, and I don't know if ai can return the item because its been 2 months

    The WORST coffee pot I’ve ever owned. Keurig should recap this. It takes 2-3 pods to get a cup of coffee! It gives me hot water but no coffee! Awful! I’ve missed the cutoff date for return. I thought I was doing something wrong but it’s the pot

    Purchased the smart cafe and two days later it was unresponsive. Exchanged it for the same model and the second lasted less than 2 weeks. Settled on an older version and so far so good.

    This is a great machine. I actually had my doubts about the Brew ID, but now wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world. The wifi is nice, bit i honestly haven’t felt much need for it (as of yet). Purchases directly through Keurig and got an excellent 1/2 offprice (after subscribing to auto delivery for a 1 year commitment. I tgink Keurig really got this one right! The machine is aesthetically pleasing, and apoears to be a very good build quality.

    Well, it could be a wonderful machine, but it's flawed. My wifi always loses the signal, and once it wouldn't even brew. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and then it worked. I gave up on the wifi, I'm not really interested in making a lot of fancy drinks, I bought it so that I could make cappuccino's and it makes them very nicely.
