The old one started clogging often, even with cleaning. So, being spoiled, we bought this one. It has been 42 days, and only with water, it is barely dripping. We went back to best buy, and they could not do anything. I am now going through the repair process with Keurig.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback. Similar to other household appliances, Keurig coffee makers require basic maintenance in order to keep them clean and functioning properly. For best results, we recommend descaling every 3-6 months using to keep the coffee maker free from scale or lime build up. The water reservoir should be cleaned weekly by wiping it with a damp, soapy, lint-free, non-abrasive cloth and rinsing thoroughly.
