    It's overpriced in my opinion and the k-cups even more expensive

    I’ve owned 4 Keurigs and they all suffer the same fate, the pump eventually dies and they stop working. Following the routine cleaning schedule will help but ultimately mine have all failed after about 2 years of regular use.

    Keurig Classic is okay

    This replaced one we had for about seven years. The quality is awful, wish I would have went into the store before purchasing. It’s cheaply made and everything is plastic. If this lasts a year I’ll be amazed. For $100 I expected a better product and features.

    This is an average coffee maker. The quality of the Keurig machines has gone down hill in the last few years. I would recommend buying a better brand, unless you are just trying to burn through your remaining K cups as I am. This is my last Keurig machine.

    Bought this the last of June 2019, and in September 2019, it is not heating the water or filling the cups with the proper amount of coffee when it does work. Very disappointed. Best Buy says no returning.

    So Keurig is a good coffee maker but i think that i want more from a coffee maker. Would like it hotter and stronger cup of coffee. So i found out i have to get another machine. But it's ok

    I/m disappointed. It is not the quality of my previous Keurig. I can't even use my reusuable pod with ground coffee without water going everywhere. Wish I had gotten something else. :-(

    It seems the quality has went down hill. Had the same model purchased about 3 years ago and it was definitely better. This one seems cheaper made.

    First Keurig I purchased. Wasn't really satisfied with the product. Water would leak out when making the. K cups.

    It's good while it lasted (4 months). Spend a little more to get an upgraded version. Two stars because their 1yr warranty service was on point.

    purchased the coffee maker, made coffee the next morning and it tasted like hot water.I think it just blew the water thru to fast.returned it that day.

    there is a light that comes on in the water area ,,,,,it quit working shortly after I bought it …..not happy.
