    The problem is not with the product.

    The Keurig is fine and works well. The issue is that there were two items included in this purchase. They were not separate items but were included dependent upon each other. The Keurig was shipped but BestBuy insisted that the other item had to be picked up at the store within a specified time frame which I could not do because of health reasons. This is totally unacceptable.

    Have had several Keurigs and they have always brewed the 12 ounce mug size- this model does not.

    We used it about 8 or 9 times a week and about 5 weeks it stopped working , my wife got very disappointed with it ,

    My wife and I were excited about buying this product and heard good things about it.... But when we used it, it only would fill and brew half of a cup of coffee and just stop working. Then it would just completely shut off. So we returned it and exchanged it for a less expensive one and that one works GREAT!

    Bought for a Christmas present and January 20th I’m already returning it because it won’t brew

    I have never ordered anything an my life and had the place send the product in it's own box. This box also look like it been open and it was in a fight and lost. I am scared to open it and have fear that the keurg was damaged. This is terrible business and I felt like best buy let me down with this shipment.

    Item was not opened & used until a week after receiving . did not come with a water filter holder . unable to use water filter from previous Keurig K50 . Product stopped working after a few days . Tried using several different K pods thinking it was the coffee pods . Returned product for FULL REFUND ..

    Worked great for 3 months then i had to adjust the hose inside, worked for another 2 months then something else stop working, but water was not coming out. It was making a weird noise, so disposed of it. I bought some filters and the coffee maker did not have the filter holder. So it was bad to start off with.

    They shortened the power cord on same model!

    Replaced a model with the same newer model and they had shortened the power cord from what the older version was does not work in the same spot as the old one would not have bought it if they had labeled Now with a shorter power cord that won't reach! LOL

    Bought one it kept shutting down during the brew. Took it back bought a second one and it did the same thing and I didn’t make it in the required time to take it back le I’m left with an overpriced coffee maker that doesn’t work.

    Leaks

    I would recommend a different unit. The one I bought leaks water. The first time it leaked all the water I thought maybe I didn't have the tank placed correctly, not the case. It simply doesn't seal correctly between the water tank and the coffee maker.
