    This Keurig was bought as a gift for bosses day which was October 16th. This Keurig doesn't work correctly and now the order status says no longer returnable. I am not happy with Best Buy at all.

    This Keurig Coffee Maker didn't function properly. The water sprayed out in all directions instead of dripping into a cup. This is the third one I purchased. All the others worked as designed to.

    Appears that the pump is not working properly. Water has a problem coming up from the pump. Pours very slowly.

    The coffee maker stopped working in less than a month. I called Keurig customer service and they replaced without hesitation. Their handling was first class

    The coffee maker we received words, but when you pull down on the top to make a cup of coffee, it acts like there is a short in it. We have to put it up and down several times to work.

    Poor, stopped working after only 3 months. Can’t return it so buying a new one somewhere else. Why buy here again if it lasted less than 3 months. 9/2 to 10/23. So sad

    It broke after getting one cup of coffee

    The Keurig wasn't working correctly after one cup of coffee so I have to return it to the store for a refund. I did purchase another, and it seems to be working great.

    I had a cuisinart for 5yrs. It started malfunctioning so I switched to Keurig K50. Slow brewer!!! Can only brew 1 cup then wait about 5 mins before the 2nd cup can be brewed.

    The coffee maker it’s not working properly and I need change, for another and I have to pay another warranty, when the coffe maker have 1y warranty. No make sense.

    Coffee drinkers dream

    If you are a coffee drinker than this is what you're looking for. I bought this for my wife and she loves it. I'm not a coffee person but she says that her morning routine is better now. Has multiple settings and the flavors are plenty, even hot coco and tea options which I like to use ever so often. Overall not too bulky and it was very well priced.

    This Keurig has issues, it’s brand new and collects water in the top and then this fall out onto the counter and all over your cup.

    This was the second K50 I purchased within one month which stopped working. Keurig upgraded me to another model which is now in its 3rd week of operation.
