This is not working and we bought it back in September.

this was sold at a great price-this machine heats quickly and has th 2 settings I need for my K Cups

Product worked for 6 months and stopped working. A total waste of money

failed after 6 months, would just power off as the cycle started.

Not happy with product. Would like to return, but lost receipt.

Malfunctions- clicking inside make me think ! Electronics gone crazy

Bought this as a gift....it died. Very disappointed

So I've had a Mr. Coffee brand Keurig for about 4 1/5 years and unfortunately due to my lack of descaling and maintenance it gave up on me today. So I immediately got on line and went on a search for a new one. When I bought my Mr. Coffee brand I was a broke college kid and refused to spend Keurig money on a machine. Now that I've grown up and graduated I figured I'd step it up and i stumbled across this beauty. After researching I found that this model takes all K-cups and it has an extra cup size that my Mr. Coffee didn't. Moral of the story I recommend this product.

I have an older model and picked this one up on a good sale to have as a backup for one reason only... the newer ones will reject any non-official (non-Keurig) pod you put in them. They'll give you an error message on the screen and not brew unless what you put in them is an official Keurig or approved pod. Yes, there are way to tinker with the inner workings of the machine to disable this, but you shouldn't have to. These older models don't do this - you can put whatever brand pod you want into them and they just work. Which is how they should if you pay for them. So ask yourself if you REALLY need the fancy features of the newer and pricier versions of this machine. Maybe you don't and can avoid the hassle.

MY first Keurig and I love it. Its a single cup and I don't waste any coffee. Heats up fast and I can use the water to make tea as well. There's a lot of selections of teas and coffee. It came with a coupon which I will be using soon

Purchased this model over two years ago. Happy to report that is is still going strong! Great invested if you are a regular coffee drinker.

This coffee maker has made my children's lives much easier. They both love it and it also fits into their morning routine which makes me as a mother very happy as well.

Came quickly. Like the way you can make more than 1 cup of coffee at a time. Automatic shut off is nice and reminder when to add water. Can make 3 sizes of coffee.

A little big, but too be expected. Works great and love having the single pod
