very easy to set up and use. Coffee is hotter than my former coffee maker (Mr. Coffee). Would like to see a bigger cup size (10 oz. is biggest for this unit).

My husband use to use a traditional coffee pot but was having issues with the quality of the coffee. So I suggested this because I can get use out of it to make my hot chocolate and I heard you get better quality taste. The first time he used it he became absolutely in love with this purchase and wishes he would have done it sooner. He said his coffee has never tasted this good.

I bought this as a xmas gift for my fiance who goes out every morning to buy a cup of coffee before work. It works perfect, its easy to setup, easy to add water, and the accessories are easy to find. She now has a smile on her face every morning when shes making her cup of coffee, and even though I don't drink coffee, I buy the black tea, and hot cocoa k-cups to drink as well. Perfect machine and 0 complaints.

Nothing but satisfaction on this product. Very convenient to use and maintain. Used mine every single day and bought another one for my office. I can't imagine going back to the old coffee pot. Best Buy had the best price and even included a $20 gift card. My earlier model broke down and I called Keurigs customer service and they just requested me to send only the pod loading part and sent me a brand machine! Highly recommended.
