Easy and very convenient to use for a quick wake me up. Coffee comes out fast and good and machine quality is good and stylish.

This is a replacement purchase; our old died after multiple power outages and power surges. It heats the water quickly and make a great cup of Joe.

Bought as a low cost coffee machine for the office. It does the job, nothing great or grand. People just supply the K-cups, and hopefully they clean it every now and then.

This is good but I like my old one better. There is no option to make strong coffee on this one and sometimes I find coffee grounds in my cup. Coffe is still hot and delicious.

This color blue is so beautiful and perfect for my kitchen that although I could have purchased a mini Keurig and been OK, I bought this one and am so glad I did. (It's a matte navy color, a nice departure from a boring black or shiny turquoise machine). I bought this in late June and it works great as well. I'm a very light coffee drinker, maybe four cups a month...I mostly got the machine to be able to offer coffee to out-of-town guests, but it looks so nice in my kitchen, is great to have a fresh cup when I want one, and was well worth the purchase.

The best gift I ever gave my husband. My husband is a big coffee drinker but a whole pot of coffee a lot at once to make since I don't drink his kind of coffee and we only had a pot of coffee option. He loves this and uses it every day, all day long whenever he wants. I have bought him gifts that have never been used but this is constantly used. He loves it and I like the option of getting to drink what I want when I want. This is so easy to use and clean. Excellent product!

I don't know why we waited so long to get a keurig. Love the convenience of one cup instead of a full pot. Also love the speed at which a cup is ready and low maintenance

I had one of these but when it broke thought I'd go back to old fashioned percolator. That didn't work out. I decided to go with this machine and I am very happy with it. System is good, stores water for about 4 medium cups. Brews quickly and cleanly. One point: I bought the device that inserts and allows you to brew coffee you buy by the pound instead of the packages. There are hundreds of varieties of bagged coffee and the one I chose works well, the taste is very good. A big plus, you don't add plastic containers to the waste stream. Overall a worthwhile investment.
