Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this machine replaced and older but similar type keurig. my issues with this machine is it takes long to warm up and dispense coffee. my biggest issue is immediately after a cup is prepared, the machine is taking water from the tank to prepare for the next cup, there water leaking from the front of the machine. otherwise, the machine performs as it sould. coffee comes out hot and is relatively quiet.
