I am not sure if it just does not get hot enough or what, but the cup of coffee was weak. I returned the unit and chose to go back to the traditional coffee machine. The Best Buy associate said her father had to brew it twice to get the right strength. In my opinion there is something wrong when a person has to instantly do a work around. The potential for mold building in the lines is a concern as well. With that said, we do have a newer Keurig in the office and it works fine, but I didn't want the headache of dealing with the issues reported on the new 2.0 units.

Another purchase for my work place. So far so good only been using it for 6 weeks. But it's tasked with at least brewing 4 to 5 cups of coffee 5 days out the week.

My first Keurig! It’s one of the best investments I’ve made. I love it! The coffee is ready in ~4 minutes and tastiest amazing!

This is my second Keurig! The first one lasted me 6 years! I am hoping this one lasts this long. The only real thing I noticed is that this one has more plastic than the original, but works just as well. Time will tell if it can keep up with the first one we had!

I purchased this as a graduation gift, the keurig was just what he wanted. I have heard that some of the higher end machines will not allow you to use other brands of coffee. This one does.

I love it so far. This is my first Keurig and I wanted one that had a water reservoir.It can make great coffee for me !

love the machine but I had to buy the filter holder separately as an attachment. The old unit I replace it with came factory with filter. Not sure why they wouldn't make it standard but they should.

my whole house loves the Keurig. hot chocolate for the kids. coffee and tea for my wife and I. The amount of money we were spending on dunkin donuts, this thing paid itself of in about 2 weeks

Great upgrade from our last coffee maker that required to be filled with water for each cup. Having the water on the side of this has made life much better for us!

I have had several Keurig coffee makers. This works great for work. Doesn’t have everything that the one at home has, not as many settings. That’s okay.

The product is good but when I ordered the item it was the special of the day price of $69 it when It came in at the store I went to pick it up and they charged me full price and customer service said they could not do anything about it.

This is an excellent coffee maker that replaced the old Mr. coffee. Brew is fast and hot and am glad this has the water tank on side. Next time I will get the 2.0 version to fill a tall mug.

The Kerig is awesome. It not only has a nice touchscreen display but we also love the accent light at the water level, tends to act as a night light for your countertop. My Mom and Dad love it.

this is fine for me but might not suit a family that drinks a lot of coffee. requires water refill after four cups. but it heat water in about one minute.

This Keurig replaces an old one. It makes great coffee and tea. The reservoir makes it easy to make more then one cup at a time. We are very happy with this coffee maker.

We have had the better model which has more bells and whistles. This one works great and gets the job done, while still not inexpensive at $89 on sale.

I returned my last 2 kureig machine. My reusable pods didnt fit. The coffee ☕ taste watery and made a mess on my counter. This one is keeper. The water reservoir is very big as. I got this beautiful big color.

Have used this Keurig for 2 years and haven't had an issue at all. It was a great purchase!

Bought this to replace a Keurig of similar design that failed. Still works well. Previous model was maybe four years old.

Bought this for my mom and couple of months ago because the first one she bought completely died on her within a couple of months. No problems so far and she is completely happy with it.
