    the only thing I miss I is my first one I bought at bestbuy 4 1/2 years ago is where you put the water . the old one had a light in it for filling water. this new one that looks the same does not.

    Bought this for the wife. Had one just like it but only lasted like 5 yrs. Lets see how long this last. Recommend only buying if on sale.

    For it being a Keurig machine it is very cheap n poorly made. The kcup section is plastic n feels as if it will snap off. The side reservoir seems as if it will crack in a cup of days, n when the water heats up it leaks the water out of the kcup holder, after brewing your coffee the machine will just spit water out Not please at all, waiting to buy a better quality one
