    the water pump quit in a new unit in 40 days, Best buy told me to contact Keurig. Company wanted to refurbish over the phone, Unacceptable. I feel the unit only was 40 days old and should be replaced. This is the 2nd Keurig water pump that has quit on me in two different location

    Great Keurig - It would be Excellent if it Shut Off by itself - But you have to Manually Tutn it off. Also - should Beep or Something to Alert you it Needs more Water. But Works Great!

    I love that this model has a water resovoir for water. That directions are a bit vague. But once you take it slow the first time, you're all set. Very pleased with this purchase.
