Short cups every time.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The product makes good coffee but, EVERY time I brew a cup, it comes up a few ounces short of the capacity I selected. If I select the large cup, I need to also brew a small cup to fill my coffee cup. If I choose the medium size, I need to brew 2 medium sizes to fill my large cup.. Every setting is a few ounces short from what it should be. Actually, it's a real pain to have to brew two different brews to fill my cup. And, NO, my cup is not excessively large.

Quick and convenient cup of coffee

It’s okay

But good for canteen room or big family because you won’t have to keep refilling. It is very sensitive when you get to a certain water level, like after I had made about 3 cups. There are smaller products out there now made by the same company for single people. But bought it on sale so can’t complain..!

Does not fill the cup either size

It did not fill the cup no matter the size. The company sent me another one for no charge. I did what the directions said. The medium setting barely half a cup, the larger size filled about an inch away from the cup in the Midium size cup and in a larger mug less than half. Very disappointing. I bought all this coffee for nothing. I want my money back.
