I use this product every day & it functions very well. Haven't had any issues.

We like the ease and speed of making a cup of coffee. The coffee seems hotter than our last maker. The only thing we don’t like is the fill tank. When the light comes on to put in more water, you don’t get another cup. Also, the tank is very hard to put on.

Great for coffee,tea,or anything you can use hot water to make.

I have purchased 8 of these units...this was the last. I have given them as gifts, or kept them for myself. The build quality on this style of Keurig has deteriorated. In less than a year of minimal use, this particular unit cannot consistently deliver proper cup sizes, including filling to the brim of a large coffee cup on several occasions, when cup size was never changed. Other units just stop working, unless you unplug and plug back in..and we've also had the low level indicator permanently stick, even after bumping, hitting, slamming the unit to jar it loose. Poor Build Quality.

It makes a fast cup of coffee and don’t have grounds to decal with

So I have an older model (black) of this same Keurig at home and decided to buy this specific Patriot Blue model for my office. I maybe use it twice a day for 2 or 3 days depending on my schedule. Worked fine for a year and about at the 18 month mark I noticed the blue lights wouldn't start up when I closed the lid on a new pod. Then it started making different size cups of drinks when I only press the large cup. Now it won't auto-shut off anymore. Disappointing as the one at my house is at least 2 years older and still running just fine.

First time writing a review. Purchased product based on reviews.

I replaced my first keurig with this one after because I loved it so much. This one is noisy and takes a lot longer to brew. I'm not sure if it's defective or if ita the way it's suppose to operate now but I don't like it.

Purchased because the old keurig had to be replaced.

Love making one cup at a time every one gets what they want

This is my second Keurig as the first one we bought was many, many years ago and I got this one on sale (and love the color!). It does a fine job of making coffee but sometimes the coffee doesn't always brew.

Its a relief not having to make sure you bought the right k cups.
