Figured I'd jump on the one cup bandwagon and buy this. Mistake. There is nothing environmentally friendly about this and it Eats coffee at a much higher rate than old school coffee makers. I love my coffee but love my wallet too. I bought the reusable screen to avoid all the despicable plastic waste but even if you pack it you can't make a strong cup of joe. Back to old school coffee makers for me.

Had to replace about a 7 year old Keurig. This gets the job done, but it's not as nice, cheaper quality. Takes longer to brew and keeps dripping..... It works but not thrilled.

I thought this would have auto shut off but it does not. I am not a fan of Kcups , wish I would have upgraded and ordered the one with the pot of coffee too.

This is good functional unit. It has the basics. I thought it had the wake up function and more choices on size.

worked perfectly for one year, after that it would only dribble barely 1/4 cup, my fault for not adding the warranty option. :-( So I would recommend just buy the warranty plan

This is my 3rd Keurig in the last 3 years. If this one quits working then I will find another brand. So far this one is working fine. we'll see as it gets closer to the warranty running out.

Was replacing the one I had for 5 years which I loved. This one doesn't work all the time. Once in awhile I only get a small amount of coffee and it sounds strange. Will be returning it

The Keurig is fine and works well. The issue is that there were two items included in this purchase. They were not separate items but were included dependent upon each other. The Keurig was shipped but BestBuy insisted that the other item had to be picked up at the store within a specified time frame which I could not do because of health reasons. This is totally unacceptable.

Nice product for someone who enjoys one cup of coffee. Puts alot of plastic in the environment, though. There are knockoffs out there that do the same job using recycled paper for less damaging consequences for the environment. That would've been a better buy & value all around. Oh, and they cost less.

These coffee makers are great for a quick cup of coffee but not the same taste as brewed coffee. Very convenient but the coffee doesn't seem to stay hot like a brewed cup.

Bought it for $89.99 on the "Deal of the Day". I thought I was getting a great deal, but when I went to the Keurig website I found out it sells there for the same price and it's a discontinued model. My first time trying this type of coffeemaker and was very disappointed. Even using the small cup setting the coffee is weak. All the "flavors" taste the same and watery. Bought refillable cups to use my own grind and its a little better. Should have bought a cappuccino maker.

I am happy with my new Keurig. The only thing is that it keeps asking for water refill when there is still enough water to fill another cup.

It’s a good product but I rated it 3 stars because it doesn’t have an internal storage for the used capsules and also the water tank is small

My only really problem is it seems the reservior was smaller than I was used to and I end up filling it up once a day.

Good machine but after awhile I feel like I get it was clean as I would like. Overall it’s decent

While not using this product myself, so far there are no complaints from the recipient after I told her I had the receipt in case it didn't perform.

Love it besides the fact that 4 months later and maybe a total of 10 times using it, it leaks everywhere :(

If you drink coffee all of the time, this is a good single use coffeemaker. If you do not want watery coffee, only select the 8 ounce brewing option.

I think this is a bit too big and pricey. These are basically hot water heaters with instant coffee in a kcup.

Not the best for the price. Very noisy. Already replaced it with a better model
