    My old one had a filter in the water bucket this one doesn’t.not the same size cup of coffee come out

    Makes terrible coffee

    I bought this since everyone else in the world has one and like many people have said, the coffee tastes terrible from the Keurig and mine is no different. Taste is very bitter no matter which brand or flavor you get. I guess in order to get a really good and fresh cup of coffee, you grind your beans and brew it in a coffee maker (what a concept)! A complete waste of money. Keurig has made an inferior product and gotten very rich off of it.

    I bought the top of the line version four years ago and used it every day, and then it stopped working so I bought this model. This model basically serves the purpose of making coffee, no bells and whistles. There is no timer but the water heats up quickly after turning on the power button. Aesthetically, my original model looked much better but they no longer make that version. This model has more plastic and looks basic. It's just okay.

    Takes about two minutes to warm up. Overall a good coffee maker. Easy to clean!

    I am not as happy with this as I thought I would be. The quality has gone down hill. Takes well over 2 minute to make a cup.

    The water tank is too small. We need to replenish the water every 3 or 4 cups which for us is twice daily.

    Works well but does not have a timer to turn on in the morning so you have to wait for it to heat up prior to using.

    I had keurigs before but but I got tired of expending $200 for a coffeemaker, so I decided try something a little bit cheaper $130 and I can’t even say you get what you paid for cause $130 still very expensive but this keurig just looks and feels cheap I might change to one star later or just return it tho the store I’m not sure yet.

    Having issues using hot chocolate k cups. Doesn’t always work. Very disappointed

    Bad after 30 days

    I am replacing my old keuring(2.5 years old) with the same model. The old one started clogging often, even with cleaning. So, being spoiled, we bought this one. It has been 42 days, and only with water, it is barely dripping. We went back to best buy, and they could not do anything. I am now going through the repair process with Keurig.

    Keurigs are insanely high maintenance! Specific water, cleaning procedures, etc etc

      Thank you for your feedback. Similar to other household appliances, Keurig coffee makers require basic maintenance in order to keep them clean and functioning properly. For best results, we recommend descaling every 3-6 months using to keep the coffee maker free from scale or lime build up. The water reservoir should be cleaned weekly by wiping it with a damp, soapy, lint-free, non-abrasive cloth and rinsing thoroughly.
