However the water container sweats on inside and the reservoir is half full and says to add water. The first models were much better

Tried cleaning them when they get 2 years old but they never work as good as new. That's why I gave a rating of a 4 stars.

Kuerig Hot performs well

I like it for home but when I go into the office I'll have to run it several times to fill my travel mug.

Very bad experience with buying. Unclear

I bought this online and expect my free gift to be mailed to me also. Because I didn’t know that I have to go pick up the free gift, I was not able to go pick up my tumblr in time before it went to cancellation. My purchase decision would have been altered if I had known I had to do extra work. Not happy with the service at all. I could have bought it from another store without the hassle. I don’t recommend this purchase to anyone!
