It would stop sometimes on off-brand kcups but a quick reset of the lever had it going again about 90% of the time. After about 6 months it would just click when turned on. Kuerig Support wasn’t much help even though this had a 1 year warranty. I learned my lesson, Caveat emptor!

AFter a few months would have to lift lever and/or apply extra pressure to the lever for it to start the drip.

However, it was a bit wide for my counter, so I ended up returning it and getting a different model with the tank that wraps around the back.
