I am replacing a Keurig as the pump stopped working and they do not have a service dept. for repairs. I will say that the pump seems to be the main part that stops working. This will be my 4th Keurig so finding one at Best Buy at such a great price was wonderful. I bought the K50 model and it works great. I gave it 4 stars because of lack of being able to repair item.

Keurig K Classic K50

I have had two of this model now and think it’s the best. It always brews a good cup of coffee or tea to perfection. It is easy to operate and easy to clean. I have used other brands of coffee so the pods other than Keurig work. Very happy with this purchase.

Basic coffee pot that uses softened water

Upon reading brochure. we found it did not like softened water. Water is hard in Ohio and we must soften. This unit heats up fast and 3 different coffee sizes is perfect for us...I go large and small to fill my cup.
