I wasn't sure why I would need this but after receiving it and using it, I can't do without it. It's quick and easy to use and always ready to go when needed. I'm waiting to see how the cleaning process is when it tells me it's needed. I would definitely recommend this product to everyone.

my original Keurig finally died, bought this one on sale. overall I like it, but the water resevior is smaller then the other coffee maker and it does not use the filter system. So far though the coffee tastes great.

I have to say upfront that I bought this because of the price. I currently use the k15 that suits my needs for now. I now have a backup. The 5 stars are because kuerig makes a good product. If I encounter problems at a later date I'll change my rating.

Great could of coffee - hot with no lingering drips. Read the fine print about the filter attachments as that is extra. Fortunately I had one from my old machine. Just wish it would brew 12 ox cups as well. Overall, happy with it.

We had to replace the one we had, after many years and everyday use, it finally died...so we bought another one exactly the same, it's had a few updates to it, but still works quickly. I actually have a 2.0 and it takes forever...so we like this one best!

My girlfriend love this thing. I must admit, I really didn’t know what it did until I got it home and the Keurig is awesome. This little machine creates convenience and ease of use. No more making too much coffee and not drinking it all.

Got this product for my husband as a Christmas gift. He loved it. Simple to operate. Easy to keep clean. And does the job. Only thing is it doesn’t have a storage place for the pods. But I knew that in advance. So just keep that in mind.

Personally I'm not a coffee drinker.. But in my house, my wife has this thing going every morning before work and then again when she gets home from work. So many flavors to choose from, and they are cheaper then going to one of those expensive coffee places!

I have a Keurig coffee maker that I have had personally for several years. It has worked with no problems and is still working. Purchased this for my college going grandson for the ease of use and due to the service I have gotten from my Keurig. I highly recommend this brand.

Coffee maker holds a lot of water so you don't have to keep refilling, controls are great.

Got this to replace my old Keurig. One thing I noticed immediately is that the coffee is hot!! Very hot, which I like! I didn't even realize my old one wasn't hot until I made my first cup in this one! So glad I got a new one!!

This will be a simple review. Its a Keurig, so its simple, you have your 3 size buttons, and your power button to heat up the water. Once you insert the cup, you press the desired size and you;ll have a nice cup of coffee to go with whatever you want to add to it.

I use this everyday for afternoon coffee. Super convenient at home and work. It beats all the previous machines ive had hands-down and just looks and works great. The large reservoir and larger cup size are the best features.

Have it for a year now. Works awesome!!!! This is what made me a fan of coffee. Perfect one-cup for when you need it instead of a pot you'll end of wasting. In the long run, you'll save money, so this is an investment.

I bought this for my wife for Christmas, she's been wanting one for a while. As soon as she opened it, her eyes lit up, she loved it. She made her first cup of coffee after reading the quick instructions, and now uses it everyday for her cup of coffee before work.

I am very happy with the coffee pot I wish the reservoir was larger but that's not a biggie I had a much larger one used it for five years and it was used a lot this was on sale at a very good price I have to fill the reservoir a little more but I have lots of water so I would definitely buy it again and recommend it to anyone who is in the market for one.

My first Keurig died after 4 years. Got this one to replace it. Life is good once again
