We had the best Keurig, with night light and color display...but would go error code and not properly work, spray needles would clog. Upon reading brochure. we found it did not like softened water. Water is hard in Ohio and we must soften. This unit heats up fast and 3 different coffee sizes is perfect for us...I go large and small to fill my cup.

We use it all the time. It’s nice to only have to make a cup at a time. We use reusable pods with filters which saves a considerable amount of money over the disposable pods - and better for the environment. We even took it on vacation with us so we could have the coffee were used to making!

This is a pretty good coffee maker. Not only that you can put the cups in to make hot cocoa or tea or whatever I was your choice. We also bought the separate little things that we can put in instead of using the pre-made cups. Good thing we bought Best Buy Geek Squad with this because it was giving us a little trouble and all you have to do is go through Geek Squad to get it repaired. I would recommend this especially for those who only want to make one cup at a time instead of a big jug of coffee.

Very good coffeemaker and with the prove Keurig brand you can't be wrong it makes coffee, cappuccino, hot cocoa. I highly recommended.

I have used Keurig coffee makers for years, and finally, after more than six years (don't know how many more, maybe 10) my Keurig broke down. So I bought a new one at Best Buy because they had the best price. Single cup coffee makers are great when you and your husband don't drink the same kind and when you can't use a whole pot (goes to waste).

Well made and nice to be able to make different size cups of coffee. Need to clean often but otherwise good kcup machine

I love this coffee so much I bought one for myself and one as a gift for my parents. It is so easy to use. ( I buy all my K cups from Costco haha), I bought a little try to hold them from Amazon. The coffee is not "boiling" hot but its pretty hot. If you like extra hot coffee this might not be the right machine for you.

Easy to use and makes a great mug of coffee and hot chocolate

Now about a year and a half old. Still working perfectly. I originally bought this because of covid lockdown. It got me through that, and hopefully through not too many more lockdowns. But seems very good quality with no problems yet.
