Our old Kuerig was a single serving one, which we had because we didn't have much room in our kitchen. We decided to buy one with a reservoir this time, though, because we thought it would be more convenient. We weren't wrong. It is really nice to be able to make coffee quickly with just the touch of a button. The only issue we have with it is that the reservoir does not completely empty before it requires refilling. It seems that although it holds about 4 cups of water, you only get about two before you must refill it. I'm not sure why that is, but it is inconvenient. Otherwise, we love this coffee maker. It is quick and has three sizes of cups to choose from. I would recommend it to anyone.
