    Stopped working after 2 weeks has to buy new plan

    It stopped working after 2 weeks. I took it back I had to pay more to get another one. They didn't make the first one anymore. Then I had to get a new protection plan.

    So Keurig is a good coffee maker but i think that i want more from a coffee maker. Would like it hotter and stronger cup of coffee. So i found out i have to get another machine. But it's ok

    Died after 30 days

    This is my third Keurig. The first two last two years each. This one only lasted 30 days. I'm hoping it was just a lemon. Best Buy was wonderful in letting me exchange for a new one.

    The machine I received must be a defective unit. For about a month, the machine would constantly leak when it heated and there would always be coffee grounds in the brewed cup. Eventually, when I turned it on it would automatically shut off after about 10 seconds. Luckily, it had been registered and still covered under the Keurig warranty.

    I/m disappointed. It is not the quality of my previous Keurig. I can't even use my reusuable pod with ground coffee without water going everywhere. Wish I had gotten something else. :-(

    It seems the quality has went down hill. Had the same model purchased about 3 years ago and it was definitely better. This one seems cheaper made.

    It's good while it lasted (4 months). Spend a little more to get an upgraded version. Two stars because their 1yr warranty service was on point.

    First Keurig I purchased. Wasn't really satisfied with the product. Water would leak out when making the. K cups.

    purchased the coffee maker, made coffee the next morning and it tasted like hot water.I think it just blew the water thru to fast.returned it that day.

    there is a light that comes on in the water area ,,,,,it quit working shortly after I bought it …..not happy.

    The Keurig is fine and works well. The issue is that there were two items included in this purchase. They were not separate items but were included dependent upon each other. The Keurig was shipped but BestBuy insisted that the other item had to be picked up at the store within a specified time frame which I could not do because of health reasons. This is totally unacceptable.

    Have had several Keurigs and they have always brewed the 12 ounce mug size- this model does not.

    Cord way to short.. it’s say for large mug is 10;ozs of coffee and it not.

    My wife and I were excited about buying this product and heard good things about it.... But when we used it, it only would fill and brew half of a cup of coffee and just stop working. Then it would just completely shut off. So we returned it and exchanged it for a less expensive one and that one works GREAT!

    I had to return this for another one and the second one gave close to the same issue. It just shuts off. First one wouldn’t stay on the second one started to brew then shut off! Ended up returning second and buying a better Cuisinart brand which has been doing great all day!
