    Has been a great replacement so far

    Our original Keurig was about 8 years old and despite my best efforts to clean and purge, it got to the point of doing it almost weekly, and we finally gave in and bought this one to replace it. So far, so good.

    Plugs up

    I replaced my old Keurig because it kept plugging up (just a few drops of coffee comes out). I bought this one. I am using green mountain Breakfast blend (keurig brand). After a couple of weeks, this new one starting plugging up. Keurig replaced it. The new one keeps plugging up. You have to take a paper clip to the input needle. I don't think I should have to fight with this machine every few days. Keurig either has a problem with this model or the Green Mountain K-cups. I feel like I just wasted my money. I used to be a Keurig fan, but not anymore.

    Great Coffee maker!

    I bought this model several years ago, so simple and still works great. Buying another while on sale to replace my current maker when I inevitably retire it.

    Brand new and lasted only 2 to 3 months when starting to have problems. I won't recommend it. Save your money.

    Unit plugs up

    My first Keurig lasted over a year. 2 cups per day. Coffee = Keurig breakfast blend. This unit only lasted a month before it would repeatedly clog up and fail to dispense coffee. Every morning I have to use a paperclip to clean the top spike so the unit will work. Best Buy wouldn't help me because the unit was over 30 days old, even though it was still under warranty. Keurig sent me a new one that lasted 4 days before it clogged up. Keurig has a problem with these K cups or this machine. I'm going back to a non-hassle drip machine. Keurig you failed.

    It works great but i would go with a single serve if you're not planning on making a lot of coffee. Takes a lot of water before it will brew and a while to heat up

    This is my 2nd Keurig. I bought one just like this that lasted a little over a year and it died. The circuit board shorted out and it would no longer power on. Researching online, it is a common problem and somewhat of a design defect. Since it was past the warranty, Keurig couldn't offer me anything. This finally went on sale so I decided to take a chance on another one. Hopefully this one will last.

    My last Keurig K50 quit working after a little more than a year. I bought another just like it and it lasted less than 6 months. They seem to make good coffee but will not last very long. I will replace this one (I bought the extended warranty) and hope it will last a little longer.

    Noisy Beyond Belief

    I first got a Keurig mini several years ago and loved it. After it got some age on it I thought it would be nice to replace it with one I didn't have to fill with water every time. After using it for a couple weeks, I cannot believe the noise this thing makes. Honestly. It makes good coffee, but as it heats up it makes such popping and cracking noises it actually wakes up my neighbor as I live in an apartment building. I rarely can use it now unless I know they are awake. I am so embarrassed and shocked that not all Keurig products perform the same. I am going to buy another mini as soon as I can afford it. This was a terrible disappointment. Too bad.

    After 3 years does not work any more, even worst I did not realize the warranty was expired

    Brand new broken machine

    This my 3rd Keurig & I’m so disappointed that I would get a non-functioning machine. It is noisy & only brews a couple ounces even though I selected the largest size. That’s what happened to my current Keurig & why I ordered a new K-Classic. Considering it’s the same problem it seems that this is a flaw of the K-Classic. I love the single serve machine but my $10 Mr. Coffee is still working even though it predates my 1st Keurig.

    I've owned two of these. Both produced short cups at random. One broke down completely in less than two years. The other I retired in less than two years because of erratic short cups.

    i have been wanting one of these coffee makers for a long time. i got one for christmas from my daughter, opened it on dec 25th, started using it and as time passed, it took longer and longer for the water to heat up. on january 24th it wouldn't even turn on. we got ahold of keurig and asked what could be done. the guy took all of our information and said someone would be calling us the next day. nobody called back. one month later and still nobody has called us back. didn't even get to use it for a full month. am now looking at other brands.
