    I got this coffee maker three months ago and it worked great until about a week ago. I would turn the coffee maker on and it would stay on for a few seconds and then just shut itself off. I tried unplugging and replugging and waited a while and nothing would make it work again. I wasn’t sure about getting geek squad protection for this product but fortunately I did. I brought it into the store yesterday and they were quick to issue me a brand new machine. However, I had to pay for the geek squad protection all over again. The geek squad protection doesn’t cost that much, but I was annoyed that I had to pay for it again after the coffee maker only last for three months. I would’ve preferred to just keep the original plan that I still had a year and nine months with rather than buying a whole new plan. Especially since I had to go into the store and wait and deal with geek squad when I had previously purchased the coffee maker online to avoid extra hassle. Let’s see if the new one lasts any longer. Very disappointed in Best Buy and in this product.

    Don't buy. Coffee maker is a defective model.

    I purchased 3 of these coffee makers. One for myself and two for my sons. Two of the 3 had the same defect. Unit would not brew a full cup of coffee. Maybe about 1/3 cup at best. I didn't even open the third unit, assuming it would also be defective. Returned all 3. So to summerize. Don't buy. It's crap.

    i didn't get the water filters like i did first time. my first keury only last 1 year in the haft water was coming out in bottom. i hope this one last a little longer because i see many reviews those keury don't last long.
