It worked well for a month then it stopped working. I exchanged it for this unit. Have not had a problem since. Works well. Holds plenty of liquid... love the color.... Only draw back is the drain unit is shaped like stars which is sometimes hard to clean, but other than this, machine works well.

Anyway, since I had gotten used to being able to have a hot cup whenever I felt like it, I thought I would try and get a new one. It came on special during the Christmas holiday and so I was able to scoop it up for a great price.

The last one lasted 4 years and finally plugged up for good. And my fault for not cleaning as is recommended. Keurig is great when 2 or more people want a cup of coffee and everyone wants a different flavor. This time I will clean it when it's time. I not only recommend this to a friend, I recommend it to everyone.

It pays to read what the company suggests for cleaning. Now I have an additional machine to use for lots of company or to take to events where we can enjoy various flavors of coffee.

It’s super easy to use. She is 65 years old and went from using a traditional coffee maker to this and transitioned just fine. You turn it on wait a couple seconds to have the water heat up out the cup in side and press the button. She raves about it all the time!
