Keurig put this product out to beat others to the market - doing a lousy job of product design which sacrificed customer satisfaction.

The heating plate for the K-Duo coffee maker remains on 2 hours after you brew the carafe, and can be turned back on by simply pressing and holding the carafe button for 3 seconds.
