I bought one for myself & one for my sister for Christmas. Both have broken within 6 & 7 months of use! I had my previous one for 11 years and it was amazing. These newer ones are just garbage.

Coffee watered down

With the single serve, I even pressed the "strong" button but the coffee was very watered down. I am returning this item and finding a new coffee maker.

Not bad just doesnt last long

I’ve set it for 12 cups came back a few minutes later and it’s shut off after only making 2cups I’ve descaled it but same results. The single cup works well.

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ive had two of these coffee pots and within the first year of owning them they get build up in them and stop working one actually blew up and started smoking but when they stop working alil water will come out then they stop its so frustrating because they are not cheap and i ran the cleaner through the system weekly but it still got the scaly buildup and stopped putting out water

Carafe always spills coffee

If you pour slow it doesn’t spill as much but there is no way around it poor design. No issues with single serve K cup Brewer side.
