Didn’t notice it until quite some time later and ended up buying a new coffee machine with similar set up by a different brand. Highly disappointing being that this is a Keurig and the amount of money I invested in this.

With the single serve, I even pressed the "strong" button but the coffee was very watered down. I am returning this item and finding a new coffee maker.

NOT WORTH THE COST- NO FILTERS/NO MESH BASKET

First, it does NOT come w/water filter or even the coffee filters/mesh basket. You have to purchase them. Last, and MOST important, the coffee grinds spill over the coffee filter regardless of filter or basket used despite using same amt of coffee I have used in previous coffee makers.

Leaking pot

The k-cup portion: you turn it on, press the k-cup, then the oz and then start. I've done it four times and it won't work. This has happened on many occasions. Will be returning.

If you pour slow it doesn’t spill as much but there is no way around it poor design. No issues with single serve K cup Brewer side.
