    From the start the carafe leaked every time you went to pour a cup. I called Keurig and got a replacement carafe. it does the same exact thing. Also after cleaning with Keurig cleaning solution several times, I cannot get the Descaling light to go off. It makes good coffee, too bad some always ends up on my counter or floor. I have taken to pouring over the sink. Ugh!

    I had to replace it twice. The coffee is great but it doesnt last long. Also everytime I pour coffee is spills 80% of the time.

    Great combo, Make a whole pot or just a single cup. The only shortcoming I found is the temperature of the pot could be maintained a little warmer and the 2 hour auto shutoff is a pain. Other then that it's OK.

    The water doesn't seem to get hot enough , I have to rewarm in the microwave once ready using pods .

    I really like the Keurig - K-Duo because it saves me room on my countertop. The only reason for the four star review is because of the issue that has been already noted in other reviews about the coffee pot spilling coffee as you are pouring. My coffee pot was actually fine for several days before this issue started for me and it doesn't happen every time. I will try the fix I have seen posted online and hopefully that will be the end of the issue.

    I enjoy this coffee maker. Hard to decide single serve or make a pot. Only complaint is when I pour,from the pot, it seems to spill whether I pour fast or slow.

    The coffee doesn’t come out as hot as my other coffee makers. The pot DRIPS everywhere, I actually have to pour my coffee over the sink so I don’t make a mess. Not sure why or how I never had any issues but this pot is terrible.

    issues with pot side not brewing the proper amount of coffee. It is always short by ALOT. maybe brews 10% of what i ask it to. I believe the pump just doesn't stay active during the entire cycle.

    Well. I had high hopes. But the flaws with this machine are glaring. 1. You can not pour a cup carefully enough to keep it from leaking all over you counter. 2. If you do not seat the pot perfectly you will get a coffee flood all over the place. I have had the machine a month and this has happened twice. 3. It doesn’t hold enough water. 4. You can’t get the pot clean without using extreme measures. This is the oddest thing about it. I would not purchase this machine again and regret this purchase.

    All good so far. Have been using for about a month now. A little different operation than the "Duo Essential" machine. A three step operation to brew a carafe or pod of coffee, whereas with the other just one step. Makes some noise while brewing, but hardly noticeable. Have not used the timer option yet or the strong brew button. The carafe coffee level will be a little short of whatever cup level you chose. Bought this on the "Deal of the day" offer.

    I got this coffeemaker less than a year ago and at first I was very happy with it. But now I'm quite dissatisfied. In that short time, the single cup maker only makes half the amount of number of ounces you select, so you have to run it twice to get a full cup. Then we started using the pot and it's doing the same thing, you select 10 cups and you get half the amount. This replaced 2 separate machines that were old but still working fine. So we removed this one and went back to the 10+ year old $17 Black and Decker that still brews a fine pot of coffee!

    The pot has a pouring defect so it spills all over the place. It lasted a year and the Best Buy purchased replacement warranty is way more complicated than it sounds. Save your money.

    Having the option of choosing between the carafe and a K-cup is nice, especially when I'm wanting to make enough for guests. The carafe itself, however, is not very good. If you have more than a few cups of coffee inside it, it'll leak down the side when you try to pour the coffee into a cup. I often have to compensate by making more coffee than needed since a good amount pours down the side (no matter how slow I pour it).
