    Love the fact that I can make a cup for just me or a pot when friends are over. Coffee, cocoa, or tea.

    I got this coffeemaker less than a year ago and at first I was very happy with it. But now I'm quite dissatisfied. In that short time, the single cup maker only makes half the amount of number of ounces you select, so you have to run it twice to get a full cup. Then we started using the pot and it's doing the same thing, you select 10 cups and you get half the amount. This replaced 2 separate machines that were old but still working fine. So we removed this one and went back to the 10+ year old $17 Black and Decker that still brews a fine pot of coffee!

    Having the option of choosing between the carafe and a K-cup is nice, especially when I'm wanting to make enough for guests. The carafe itself, however, is not very good. If you have more than a few cups of coffee inside it, it'll leak down the side when you try to pour the coffee into a cup. I often have to compensate by making more coffee than needed since a good amount pours down the side (no matter how slow I pour it).

    The pod side is great. Using pod with Keurig inserts & filters with ground coffee and using the pot side with ground doesn't work as well. No matter what grounds or files I have tried, grounds end up in the coffee.

    Was not impressed with this machine. Maybe it was a defect but i was not happy with it. Very hard to program its a mess .

    This is my first Keurig Duo, we've only had Keurig Elites (pods only). I am so glad we picked this up. Super helpful to have a pot of coffee in the morning instead of the single brews. Being able to set the auto brew in the morning so that I come down, and my coffee is waiting for me....BRILLIANT. We also purchased a reusable filter, and has worked perfectly with this. Definitely recommend this coffee maker!

    Have had it 8 months and it’s already quit brewing. I wanted to love it but I just don’t. Working with Keurig on a replacement.

    It’s impossible to pour coffee from the carafe without dripping on the counter. Setting a timed brew is confusing at first, its not a one button set up and you have to be above the machine to see anything on the display. Like the time or if the warmer or timer is on. I really don’t have anything negative to say about the machine. Just minor annoyances. Hopefully it lasts longer then previous keurigs.

    2nd Purchase of Keurig K Duo and both stopped working after 2 year warranty expired. The 2ns purchase would have been covered under warranty if I had returned the 1st time it leaked all over my counter, The 2nd time it leaked was 2 months after warranty expired and Best Buy would not honor. Would not recommend this product.

    12 Cup carafe doesn't really make 12 cups, and in pouring, it leaks around the plastic rim near the spout; makes a mess.

    I am on my second one of these the carafe part of this has had problems both times. I will be returning it again and getting the single serve only.

    I found the K-Duo hard to fill with water. The tank is in the back, which makes it necessary to move the coffee pot each time I need to fill it.

    Mine did not last long now it will not work did every troubleshooting thing via website, Youtube and searched the good ole google and it still does not work. Can not get ahold of the customer service to see if they can help but yeah it was good while it lasted which was like a good 3 months.

    I have no complaints with Best Buy. The Keurig machine is bad. The K-cup part if the machine works fine. No issues so far. The coffe pot portion has failed THREE times out of EIGHT pots of coffee! The filter basket spring that lets you pour a cup mid cycle , doesn’t always work, so water keeps pouring into the filter until it overflows . Use the timer at your own risk!

    Disappointing. Waste of Money

    I am extremely disappointed by the performance of my new Keurig machine. I was excited to be able to enjoy both regular drip coffee and single-cup brews with this machine. Now, it is completely out of commission. I purchased the machine in April, and it failed just two months later. I am frustrated that I am unable to return or replace it. Considering the reputation and price of Keurig products, I expected this machine to last much longer – at least a year. I also believe that Best Buy should allow me to return or replace the item, as it failed just two months after purchase through no fault of my own.

    This was great until recently the coffee pot started leaking every time I pour it. Besides that everything else is great! I wanted to like it!!

    This sort of does what I wanted it to do but not without problems. Yes you can make a pot of coffee and then someone can come after you (fill up the water tank) and make a cup of Keurig coffee. Problems are the small water tank. Also the coffee grounds go EVERYWHERE if you make more than 8 cups. Very difficult to clean. Also the controls are very confusing. I have read through how to preset timing for the morning pot....I think I have gotten it right once. Very disappointed.

    I do not like the design of the pouring spout being square. It tens to spill water filling up the water resolver and you can not poor that quick cup of coffee.

    Its a decent coffee maker, that could be easier to use in my opinion. The pot leaking for no good reason is the biggest issue ive had so far.
