Not strong enough

Terrible product!

Worked good for about 2 months, then the single serve side does not make the amount (ounces) the button says. If I attempt to make a 12 ounce cup of coffee my cup will overflow everywhere. Max size I can make now is 6 ounce and that fills the coffe mug to the top. When using the coffee pot side, I have to put a cup under the single serve side because water comes out. This is a terrible product and embarrassed for Keurig and what they have become. No I won't contact customer service as I shouldn't have to, the product should work as these seem to be common issues. Do better for your loyal customers as Keurig just lost one.

Too basic

Poor experience

Only problem was it was never delivered. I called Best Buy and was on the phone for about 1.5 hours to try to resolve the issue and thought we had. The rep informed me that I would get another one shipped and arrive in 3 days. 5 days went by and nothing delivered. Called Best Buy again and spoke to another rep. Turns out after spending 1.5 hours on the phone, nothing was actually entered in the system, the replacement was never sent and I’m not even gonna bother with Best Buy again.

Not a good investment at all unfortunately

Good, but expected better
