    The concept is great, but I returned the product. The coffee with the craft was quite weak professional, I would have coffee grains in the carafe.

    Stooped working after 4 months can't return it

    Was great until stopped working completely after 4 months. I thought that i just needed to clean the filter and i bought two different keurig cleaning system but the water stopped running thought the machine and nothing is coming out now. I didn't even pay this yet

    I really loved this coffee maker for a while. Almost three months ago it started to produce less and less coffee in carafe and eventually stopped working altogether. The single cup still works, but it's a duo and the second features doesn't work any longer. It was amazing while it worked.

    2nd stopped working again after one i had replacement through best buy. This one lasted less than 6 months, daily use 5 or 6 cups a day. Piece of junk.

    The K-cup side works great! The unit looks nice too BUT the carafe side brews the coffee way too fast so the coffee is weak and watered down. I use three filters to try to slow it. The carafe also drips when I pour coffee. Called customer service and had no luck at all, they were rude, hard to understand, and disconnected me with no help. I am not very happy with this purchase.

    the 2 stars is for the coffee maker itself. Best buy on the other hand deserves -3 stars. This item was ordered as a Christmas present but the box was so torn up and the coffee maker was scratched. I had to go out on Christmas Eve and get another present that did not look like it came from Goodwill.

    Atm got with it 3 weeks witb it and its going good so far easy way to make cofe for a lazy person like me in the morning but yeah its little bit pricey but you get what you payed for.

    JUNK - poorly made we had it for 6 days (used for 4 pots of coffee) and tried to brew a pot and it simply flashed all of its lights and would not brew - The manual said to call customer service - they said it would need to be returned for replacement. No way -returned it to Best Buy - easy process glad I purchased it there!

    K-Duo better in theory than practice

    The idea was better than the product. Kept having to reset coffee maker even with help from Keurig support. Even returned one machine thinking it was a glitch. Second one wasn’t much better. Did notify Keurig.

    Do not recommend. Went through two units before Keurig replaced with different model This one kept short cupping the carafe. I really wanted this to work as it is perfect concept for out household.

    2nd time's the charm?

    Worked great at first but after only 2 days/2 pots, got a descale message and could no longer use the carafe side. Saying that, Keurig customer service was exceptional and are immediately sending a replacement. Hoping I have better luck with the new one.

    these coffee makers do not last we are now on our 2nd one after replacing the first. Now it has done the same thing. Starts off by only making a half a pot then it says add water and does nothing.

    Wanted one appliance that could make one cup or a whole pot of coffee. Like the reservoir in the back and easy to fill. The option for a stronger brew is great as well

    We have been a long time user and have purchased many different ones. This has to be my least favorite. The coffee stay hot which I appreciate. However, not sure if it’s the construction of the lid or the material they use but every morning when we pour, some of the coffee gets on the counter. Been using it for a month and now have to pour over the sink. No matter how slow, the angle, or hold the cap, it leaks. This is the only one that has ever done that. I have found out that 3 other people who own this model have the same issues.

    Returned it. Like the concept of 1 machine, dual usage. Was a bit flakey for the water level. Would tell me to add water when it had water (which means it would not make coffee). Can not make less than 6 cups in pot.

    OK but for Full Carafe use

    In general, this worked well except for the fact that for a full pot of coffee with the carafe the grounds would always overflow the filter. We tried the paperless filter and it was no better. We ended up returning it.

    I like this coffee machine, works as designed. Printing on carafe is on the wrong side. Does not match pictures, can't read if handle is to the left

    This definitely does not live up to the hype. Very disappointed in this. The coffee in the carafe is so weak it's hard to tell is even coffee and no way to use the intensity button for this. The kcup side is good, but I have no intentions of making that many kcups for both of us in the ornings. Save your money unless you like weak coffee. If I would not have immediately throw the box away I would have returned this

    It had to be returned. After several individual cups which worked fine, it made one pot that did not stay heated. Then it would not turn on again. Liked the size and idea, but it was defective.
