    Will not brew

    Brews good coffee - but can’t get the thing to actually brew anything reliably.Appears to operate in a correct sequence - power on/select carafe or cup/ select brew size in cup ot ounces/ press center button to start brewing . Right? No wrong. Think that center button push should make the blinking center light turn solid to indicate that it’s brewing but in my case it remains blinking and eventually resets to the beginning sequence cc so nothing ever brews! Am a veteran single brew Keurig owner so I guess I must be stupid but am not able to get my brewer to work - very disappointed!!!!

    HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AT KEURIG! Got as a Christmas present, tried to make a pot and it works when it wants to. Will be set up correctly, brew a few ounces and switch to warm. Called keurig for help and all they could tell me is make sure I’m doing it right, descale it, and wait for someone to call me back in over 24 hours! I didn’t spend this much money to have a new product not work! Not impressed and won’t purchase a keurig product again, no matter the convenience! BUYER BEWARE! Sister has the same pot and it isn’t working for her either so it isn’t just me! Not worth your time or your money!

    Worse coffee maker I've ever owned, worked ok for about a week, then wouldn't pump the water through, put vinegar through it and would work for like 3 or 4 times then repeat , every other day . Returned to store for another, hoping it's not defective!! By the way, KEURIG has the WORST customer service I've ever dealt with , after 2 weeks and 4 phone calls, WAST OF TIME !!!!!

    Great concept but doesn't perform as well

    It worked great out of the box but I have had troubles with the coffee pot portion. The K Cup works great. I think I will have to return it since I cannot get it to perk a full pot.

    I can't pour a cup from the carafe without coffee going everywhere. It also brews slowly. I'd like to return this item but we are in a pandemic and I have no clue how.

    When this thing is working it's great. I bought this as a gift for my brother and he loved it. However it stopped working quickly after purchasing. He was sent a other one and it also stopped working. Great concept. Poor quality

    Nice idea for an all in one. One cup didn’t work properly, followed all directions, called customer service (he wasn’t of any help), returned to Best Buy. Made really flimsy too.

    Love the fact this does a pot or a cup. Keeps the coffee warm still learning a few things like how to reactivate the warmer.

    Coffee pot/carafe leaks when you poor it! Keurig customer service has now sent me 3 new ones and all 4 have leaked after the first week of use. They say they have corrected the problem, but obviously Keurig has not! Only buy if you want to clean up a mess on the counter every time you poor a cup of coffee.

    I would give this product a (0). 2 THUMBS DOWN. 1 out of 20 times will it make coffee warm enough to dissolve my powdered offer creamer or sugar. Highly disappointed in this product which is the second coffee maker I’ve had. NOT WORTH THE MONEY I PAID FOR IT.

    I've had this since April and it quit working already! It will make a pot of coffee when you want a cup and a cup when you want a pot. :(

    I wouldn’t even give this one star but you have to give something. I had to warranty replace this machine many times sue to malfunctions. Water levels not right, half a cup on coffee when using k-cups, wouldn’t brew a full pot of coffee, wouldn’t brew at all. BestBuy was great about exchanging each machine. Finally decided enough is enough and traded this machine in for a Keurig multi brew system that only brews one k-cup at a time.

    I like the convenience of it but that’s about it for them single server that does brew hot and very week tasting coffee I would not buy this one or recommended it I returned it and bought a different coffee maker

    Just put in for a warranty replacement. Would not work on carafe setting. K-cup setting also quit working. Love the Keurigs but bad luck this time. Hopefully will get the replacement soon.

    Had to return it

    Died mid brew on its 4th use. Woke up, got the coffee maker going, turned around to wash some dishes. Then no longer hearing the distinctive sound of coffee dripping. Followed by the smell of burnt electronics. Sum it up. It was a rough morning. Now we’re looking for another coffee maker.

    Purchased 7 Apr 23. Died today, 12 May 24 This is my third Keurig in a row to die within 18 months of purchase. And, yes, I take care of them. Avoid these coffee makers like the plague. Very cheaply built now.

    very horrible coffee pot it drips every time you pour I will not and I mean I repeat I will not recommend this to none of my friends or anybody out there it's a worthless piece of crap. getting ready to return and get my money back it's not worth it I rather buy a cheaper brand would never have that much of a problem like I did with this one.
