Highly disappointed in this product which is the second coffee maker I’ve had. NOT WORTH THE MONEY I PAID FOR IT.

Horrible coffee pot drips too much

Design flaw or just lemons

This has been the worst of the three. 6-8 months longevity is all i get before consitent short pours and inoperability. I get a regular scheduled delivery of descale and filters and although this may extend the life a little, it still doesn’t prevent the inevitable. Buy this machine? NO! Look for something different.

Had to return it

Woke up, got the coffee maker going, turned around to wash some dishes. Then no longer hearing the distinctive sound of coffee dripping. Followed by the smell of burnt electronics. Sum it up. It was a rough morning. Now we’re looking for another coffee maker.

Defective

It worked great the first day and then would no longer brew a pot of coffee. Followed suggestions on he internet, and nothing would work. Am returning. Very disappointed, I was excited to have both options again without taking up a lot of counter space.

Poor engineering design

The water tank is on the back so you can’t use it on a counter with any cabinets above. This a stupid engineering design.If your planning on putting it under any cabinets, look elsewhere as this won’t work

BUYER BEWARE

Customer service for warranty says to descale.. i have done all of that and it still will not work. Reading other reviews this is a known issue with this specific keurig.

Disappointed with a good product

Frustrated

We bought our first one and it worked great for 2 weeks. After that it would not brew any more the a couple of cups in the carafe side. We bought the extended warranty and returned for a new one. After about a week with the new one the same thing started to happen. I would not recommend this to anyone. I now have to drive over 90 miles again to return this one and get something different.

Critical Parts Missing

The first part that was not found in the box was the K-cup holder, which makes using the K-cup side impossible due to there not being a needle to pierce the bottom of the K-cup. We then realized that the filter screen on the brewing side was missing. My wife was able to rig a paper filter in such a way as to allow for the brewing of coffee. Very Disappointed in this high end brand!!! Dave A.

Worked great for about 4 weeks.

Posted .Claudia, we appreciate your review and apologize that we could not meet your expectations. The K-Duo coffee maker allows you to program the carafe side to brew at a specific time up to 24 hours in advance. Fill the water reservoir to the MAX fill line. Make sure the carafe is on the heating plate. Lift the filter basket cover up and insert a 12 cup paper filter into the filter basket. Add the desired amount of coffee grounds (1 tablespoon per cup is recommended). Close the filter basket cover completely. Press the POWER button. The POD and CARAFE buttons will blink, select CARAFE. Press the AUTO button. Use the H/M buttons to set the time for Auto-Brew to begin, press the blinking BREW button to confirm the time. Next choose the brew size, press the blinking BREW button to confirm the size. The Auto-Brew setup is now complete. A clock icon will appear on the LCD screen and AUTO button will be illuminated to signal AUTO is on. Note: once you have set AUTO you cannot brew a carafe brew, you can only brew a single cup. If you ever need assistance with any of our products going forward, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Consumer Care team at 866-901-2739. Worst coffee maker ever owned by us

We have hard water, however, this machine requires weekly descaling if you make coffee by the carafe, and the descaling process takes about 6-7 hours. We have had ours for six months now and it has stopped working. Very disappointing.

Done in 30 days

Exactly 30 days after bringing it home it stopped working. I followed all the troubleshooting suggestions and it it won't even turn on. I plan on returning it after the holidays and hope I receive a new machine or a refund.

Keurig Coffee Makers - poor quality now

Died today, 12 May 24 This is my third Keurig in a row to die within 18 months of purchase. And, yes, I take care of them. Avoid these coffee makers like the plague. Very cheaply built now.

Pretty but not hot

Keurig Rules .. Best Buy does not.

It's one star for how Best Buy handled the situation. I have this product in my home right now and I love it ... HOWEVER, I bought it for Christmas and without asking Best Buy sent it to a house I no longer live in. I hope the new owners enjoy the Christmas gift I gave them because Best Buy has done nothing to help me with the situation and I had to buy the coffee maker from the place I should have in the first place ... AMAZON.

Was great while it lasted
