Disappointed

Not pleasant working to get a new one, but finally Keurig supposedly has one on the way. We’re very disappointed as our Hamilton Beach was great.

Poor design

It seems that pressure built up in it causing something internal to explode rendering this product useless.

Not worth the money

A lesson in futility

It made K-Cups with no issue. Quite well, in fact. The first unit never made more than 4 cups total and that took 20 frustrating minutes to do it. The second unit made the run through with water full carafe and one actual pot of coffee. Then back to 4 cups. Do Not Buy This!!!

Don't waste your miney

Had this a little over a month and the burner stopped working, pushed button for 12 cups didn't make 12 cups. Supposed to be able to program it to automatically start brewing, that function never worked. Can't turn the burner back on after it shuts off.

Packaging Should Be a Given.

The water reserve is cracked at both hinges. Had this been packed inside a box with padding this would not have happened. Needed for an event so I could not return for a new one.

Defective out of the box!

K-cup side worked fine but the 12 cup carafe side would not brew anywhere close to the number of cups it was set for. We tried numerous times at different settings without any success. A check of reviews and found that many experienced similar results. This one is going back. No more Keurig for us.
