    Defective out of the box!

    Did not work correctly right out of the box. K-cup side worked fine but the 12 cup carafe side would not brew anywhere close to the number of cups it was set for. We tried numerous times at different settings without any success. A check of reviews and found that many experienced similar results. This one is going back. No more Keurig for us.

    I purchased two of these back in may 2020. Loved the ability to brew single cups and a pot for guests. Unfortunately, they have both stop working within a week of each other this week. One will not even turn on, the other just heats up and no water ever pumps out. This happen a month again we ran a clean cycle and it work again until now.

    Keurig dispenser problem - buyer beware

    After a month keurig began dispensing random ounces of coffee despite selected size. Unfortunately this seems to be a common issue. Had to return - buyer beware.

    bought this early 2021. I recommend buying protection plan... This Keurig model worked for two months after that started having a slow drip. Cleaned with Keurig solution, did not work. Cleaned with Vinegar did not work. Still does not work. I invested in another Keurig Duo Plus, bought warranty this time wish me luck...

    Very poor design, coffee mediocre

    Poor design. It takes too long to hit the power button and heat up every single time you use it. I prefer the older machines that you just pressed the size you wanted and coffee brewed. This is too many buttons. Plastic feels cheap. It is not a good machine, coffee is a little watery on the k cup side as well.

    This was my first keurig that i purchased and i wasn't expecting this brand to give my coffee a bad burnt plastic taste. Was very excited to upgrade to a big brand but honestly my none keurig made better coffee than this .

    Terrible product. The coffee pot corroded after 3 uses, so we unscaled it. We use alkaline water and it still requires that we do this after every few uses. It's crap. Now we have this big appliance on our counter that we can only use the K-cups.

    This is the worse coffee maker I've ever purchase...Its hard as all indoors to turn on U have to keep on mashing the buttons to get it on,not like one button to turn on you have to mash 4 different buttons.. and once it turns off there's no such thing as mashing a button to turn back on to keep coffee warm

    Poor QA don’t buy

    The first unit failed out of the box, leaked water everywhere. The replacement unit pump for the carafe section failed two weeks after purchase. The single cup pump failed two weeks later. Very expensive coffee maker that is now past warranty to return.

    Well we are a former Bunn coffee maker users. I thought I would combine our Keurig & other coffee maker. The first Carafe leaked when pouring coffee. I contacted Keurig. They sent new Carafe and that’s leaking now. I’m thinking on returning coffee maker (don’t have the box for it)????

    The carafe leaks everywhere! Can't return it because its been 15 days! You're better off with a inexpensive Mr. Coffee!

    Unfortunately I will be returning this product as I have only owned it for two months and the main coffee pot has begun to fail at making coffee. The machine will begin making coffee and then stop at approximately two cups and then you have to manually start it again.
