    Stick with the Keurig Classic.

    Worked for about one month slowed and I descaled it. Worked for one week and now won’t deliver any water to the cup. It will be replaced under warranty. I have a Keurig classic and I am pleased with that model.

    Keriug make poor products and timgis was the last one i will ever buy. They have a short life span and i have moved on from Keriug makers

    After reading all reviews and being a keurig girl, I purchased this. Not impressed or happy. I usually do 8 for my pod, well sometimes it overflows, sometimes gives me half a cup. Put a 12oz cup, do 10, again, sometimes overfills, sometimes half a cup. I actually just want my other keurig back.

    The carafe brew quit working after about a week. The controls were somewhat confusing. I also thought the coffee didn’t brew hot enough. Returned to the store.

    The lid leaks when you pour the coffee, plus the k-cup side drips a little water when you brewing regular coffee. Too expensive to be doing that.

    Typical single serve function works okay, like other Keurig. Drip maker has some issues if not perfectly aligned. Water fill tank in a bad spot and hard to handle design.

    Unfortunately we have to return this. My mother spent two days working on it to make it work correctly - with decent help from Keurig customer service. They went through numerous things but still nothing. Maybe it was just a faulty coffee maker.

    This product was horrible. We had to take it back to Best Buy because it never worked. Couldn’t even get 1 drop of water to come out of it. We got a Ninja and so far it’s been very good.

    Blows grounds everywhere which is a mess to clean up and it doesn’t keep the pot hot after brewed. Sad for a Keurig and the cost.

    My Keurig- K-Duo 12 cup coffee maker stopped working after a week of use. I have tried calling to see about exchanging it but cannot reach anyone to help me. Very disappointed.

    Bought for a Christmas gift, they said it worked ok, coffee that was made in the pot tasted old when just brewed, the one cup didn’t work @ all after making 2 cups, We wouldn’t recommend it!
