    Never worked had to return it in Jan 2020. I do not recommend any Keurig product.

    We will give it 5 stars as the entire system works just fine! Some mornings we make a pot; other mornings it is a quick k cup. We discovered the hard way just today that if you fill the reservoir, add your coffee and hit the buttons to turn it on, please please please make sure you have remembered to put the carafe in place. I didn’t and this coffee pot does not have a shut off valve if the pot isn’t in place. We have always had, in the past, coffee pots that wouldn’t percolate or continue running if the carafe was removed. We ended up with coffee running across our coffee bar and down our walls under the glass, on the floor and coffee grounds spewing everywhere. It was my fault for forgetting to put the carafe on the burner BUT there should have been a shut off valve if the coffee pot is missing. Lesson learned the hard way. Other than this, it works great and is awesome to have both kinds of service in one coffee maker unit!

    I’ve never been a fan of Keurig but decided to give this a try because it was on sale for a great price and it does the pot and single serve but I should’ve followed my gut. I unpacked and was excited to try but it wouldn’t even turn on. Tried multiple outlets to verify it wasn’t on my end but the unit didn’t work. I didn’t bother getting another one.

    I have only been using my new coffee maker for a couple of weeks but so far I am happy with it. Sale price was a big incentive. It is nice to only have one machine on my counter, even though it is a good size. I mainly use the pods since I live alone; but it is nice to make a pot of perc when a have company. I also bought one for a gift for my grandson's new apartment.

    This Keurig has been a game changer for my husband and I! It makes great coffee, easy to use and we love the option to make a whole pot or one cup. Would definitely recommend.

    So glad I purchased this! The coffee is much hotter than my old coffee maker. It's relatively quick, and was easy to learn the controls, a small footprint on my counter, replaces two other appliances ... But best of all, the coffee comes out hot and it stays hot!

    The coffee maker is outstanding like all Keurig products. It makes good coffee with either the K pods or using bulk coffee. We found the water reservoir a little difficult to maneuver when the unit is under an above the counter shelf, but using a large measuring cup to fill it makes for an easy fill. The problem with the unit is that the pot itself is very poorly designed in that it is almost impossible to pour a cup without having it spill all over the counter. Keurig should send a properly designed pot to all purchasers who register their unit.
