this product gets the job D O N E. if you want a dependable coffee maker, the Keurig K-Duo Single Serve K-Cup Single Serve does the job for me. For the price, it would be hard to find a better coffee maker if you're a caffeine-head like me. The process of ordering and picking up this AWAKENING machine at my local BEST BUY was fairly quick and easy. Highly recommended. It's a good starter coffee maker for those interested in the bean thing.

It leaks when you poor your coffee in the cup from day one

Easy to use and efficient. Makes a good cup whether through the carafe or the single-serve quickly. I like the drain stand for the single-serve is removable. Makes room for tall travel mug. Only wish it had a larger water tank. I'm constantly filling it

I've owned the Keurig one cup for years and decided it was time to get the coffee maker and single serve combo. It sits on the counter nicely and doesn't take up much more room than the single serve. It's a bit difficult to fill the water reservoir but manageable.

Makes the perfect coffee if you follow the direcections.

item worked as intended. was purchased as a gift and received very well. provides enhanced convenience and expediency with either the carafe or the pod side. I appreciated the value of the object.

This Keurig Duo model is okay. It does have a removable watger tank but it's in the back which means you have to trun the unit around to remove the tank and then back afgter replacing it. Kind of a pain. The carafe is diffiuclt to pour from without spilling. You have to pour at a steep angle and very slowly or you wind up with coffee all over the counter or running down your cabinet doors. A big plus is it does use the K-pods so you're not locked into to using the pre-filled pods and can use your own coffee (a huge savings). If I 'd realized the tank was in the back I would have opted for the next model level up. But the coffee is good and you do have the "strength" control if you like it really strong. Plus there are 4 size options for making single cups.;

This coffee maker is top notch. It’s built sturdy and stylish, very easy to use, up to 12 oz for a single pod. Detachable water tank makes it easy to fill. If you’re looking for a duo coffee maker, this is the one!

We are enjoying the Keurig Duo! My husband likes to brew a pot of coffee, while I enjoy just a single k-cup. Now we can have both with one appliance. I like the fact that the hot plate for the coffee pot stays on while I'm brewing my single cup. It's not an either/or. There is a large water reservoir so you can accommodate using both sides without having to stop and refill.
