Less and less cups brewed

The benefit of having one coffee maker that could make a full pot of coffee and a single serving was great, but that was short-lived. Within about 2 months we started to notice that the cups brewed were less than the number of cups we set to make and it got progressively worse over time. It started with half a cup not brewed and we finally contacted Keurig when we set the coffee pot to make 12 cups and it would only make 9 cups of coffee. We looked online to see if anyone was having the same issue, but no one else seemed to say that they were having a similar issue. We cleaned and maintained the coffee maker properly since we use it a lot. Keurig sent us a warranty replacement about 3 months ago and we are having the same issue again. I will call this one a wash and just go with something else.

Great, except it leaks....

At first it was great, love having the option for a pot ir single cup. The only problem is the carafe leaks. It didn't leak at first but now we have to pour our cups over the sink or coffee gets everywhere.

It worked for awhile until it didnt

Coffee sprays onto the countertop! Hi
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to use. Good coffee although a little watery. BIG problem is that even in a 12 ounce coffee mug the coffee sprays onto my counter top. I know it’s not dirty cause it’s brand new. Any ideas?

Not recommended
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this coffee maker 1 year ago and was disappointed that it does not have the ability to select "strong" brew. The coffee tasted fine however, I had to use a lot more of it and the pods never brewed the coffee strong enough. This coffee maker died this week which has resulted in me returning to use my Bunn coffeemaker. Boy was that an eye opener! My Bunn brews the coffee perfectly in 2 minutes for a full pot. The tastes is as good or better than the Keurig. The Bunn has been in use for 4 of the last 5 years without a single problem. I do not recommend the K-Duo if you are looking for quality of the coffee brewed as well as longevity of the coffee maker

Terrible pot

I mostly brew a pot but occasionally just like to have a single serve cup. Nice to have options however it is the source of daily aggravation. The pot is HORRIBLE. It is impossible to pour into a cup without having it drip al over the place. I have tried every angle, holding the lid up, and everything possible and I still get coffee spilling everywhere!

Time for a cup or two !!! .. NOT !! .. Did NOT work !! .. Display asked for "Add water" .. Would not do anything other than "Add water" .. It was full ........ Called Keurig help dept .. Could not understand the person .. She said someone would call .. Never called .. Sent it back .. Ordered an older version ........ It works !!

not a good design
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am over this coffee pot, loved the idea of having the 2 in 1; but you risk impalement trying to put in a k-cup because the holder won't open wide enough and the most ANNOYING thing is the coffee pot leaks like a sieve when you try to pour a cup. Going back to 2 separate coffee makers.

Stopped brewing a full caraf

Wouldn't stop pumping out water.

As soon as I turned it on and set the time and started the cleanse, it ran non-stop through the single cup side of the coffee maker. Flooded the space before I realized what was going on. Online help says to "clean the needles" and to descale, but it was brand new out of the box. Will be returning as soon as possible. There's a chance this had been previously returned and Best Buy put it back out for resale because it was sealed with a non-factory sticker... but since Best Buy allowed me to purchase it (and it wasn't listed as an open box item) I assumed it would work. Very disappointed.
